Knitting in the round

Back in May I attended a terrific class at Lettuce Knit led by Kate Atherley. I was going to push myself to learn to move beyond squares and thanks to Kate’s teaching I did just that! Voila! A knitted object, by yours truly, in the round!

I’m really chuffed that I managed it. It also confirmed to me once again that I learn best by watching and doing with a group. I can’t wait to see where this takes my knitting as I feel much more confident to tackle some great patterns I haven’t had the confidence to consider before.
